About EZO
EZO is a leading provider of B2B SaaS solutions that help businesses around the world track, manage, and optimize their essential assets. Our powerful, cloud-based platform empowers organizations to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and make smarter, data-driven decisions. We are a fast-growing, innovative company with a passion for solving complex problems for our global customer base. Join our dynamic team as we continue to scale and define the future of asset management.
The Role
We’re looking for an AI GTM Engineer to build and scale an AI-first content engine that positions EZO as a trusted authority for IT leaders across modern discovery platforms. This role focuses on designing and operating a content production system powered by AI one that consistently produces high-quality, practitioner-grade content optimized for visibility across LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), search engines, and AI-generated answers. You will not just create content—you will build the system that creates content. This includes designing pipelines, prompt frameworks, evaluation loops, and scalable workflows that enable
high-quality output at speed. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure that everything produced reflects real-world IT use cases across ITAM, ITSM, Patch Management, and CMDB and stands out in an era where generic content is ignored by both users and AI systems. This is an ideal role for someone who thinks in systems, understands AI deeply, and cares about producing content that is technically credible, discoverable, and impactful.
North Star
Make EZO the most cited answer when IT leaders ask LLMs about ITSM and ITAM. Build the AI-native content production system that allows EZO to identify, research, and produce content that results in improving our visibility across LLMs. Improve EZO's visibility to IT leaders measured by LLM citation rate, AI Overview presence, search visibility on IT-leader queries, and content-attributed pipeline.
Why This Role Exists
IT leaders no longer start with Google. They ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, and Gemini. Traditional SEO content doesn't survive that transition it's too thin, too templated, and too easy for LLMs to ignore or summarize away. We need someone who can build systems focused on content production and activation that produces practitioner-grade, highly-cited, topically-dense content at a pace no traditional content team can match. This is a systems-builder role, not a writer-for-hire role. The output is both the content and the machine that produces it.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production System
● Design, build, and maintain the end-to-end content production pipeline covering research, drafting, editorial, publishing, and measurement.
● Produce 60+ long-form, practitioner-grade assets in year one, either personally or by running the pipeline at scale.
Topic Architecture & Content Ops
● Own topic cluster architecture, internal linking strategy, and schema markup.
● Manage CMS, taxonomy, and content structure to maximize topical authority and AI discoverability.
LLM Visibility & GEO
● Track LLM citations and AI Overview presence across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, and Gemini.
● Continuously iterate on content structure and strategy to improve citation rates and AI-native visibility.
Cross-functional Collaboration
● Partner with the IT Content Creator to transform their voice, expertise, and POVs into durable, searchable, and citable assets.
● Work closely with the CMO to align content output with pipeline and brand objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
1. 3+ years working hands on with automation, workflow, and/or AI solutions within a business environment
2. 1+ year building workflows with Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini APIs
3. Multi-step AI workflow experience in production with accountability for output quality
4. Strong editorial judgment — you can spot generic LLM content instantly
5. Content-ops proficiency: CMS, schema, taxonomy, analytics, GEO/LLMO fundamentals
6. Lightweight scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Preferred
1. Prior content experience at a B2B SaaS company.
2. Proven track record of building and maintaining a content-cluster architecture that demonstrably moved search rankings.
3. Familiarity with ITAM, ITSM, or EAM software categories.
