About You
Are you an intelligent, dynamic and highly motivated leader and sales executive with at least 10 years of sales experience and 5 years of experience building and mentoring sales teams and leading them to demonstrated success? You should be comfortable working a leading a team to execute different sales processes for SMB and enterprise opportunities worldwide, as well as collaborating with global technology and system integrator partners for large solution opportunities. 

Your responsibilities

• Attract and manage top talent for software sales for three distinct SaaS applications spanning SMB, mid-market and enterprise opportunities
• Own and refine sales process for both velocity and high touch motions 
• Plan, forecast and deliver conversion and MRR results with a growth mindset
• Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success to better understanding buyers journeys, enhance our lead gen and product competitiveness.
